ISS is the voice of UWA's International students. We look after your wellbeing and sort out any issues you have with life away from home.
Our 2012 targets include improving the bond between international and local students, and helping freshers integrate better into a society that might be unfamiliar to them. We also want to provide more career and migration talks for those who wish to stay in Australia after graduating.
ISS organises amazing social and cultural events like 'Rendezvous' and Multicultural Week, and our affiliation with almost all the international clubs on campus means an endlessly busy and colourful calendar. Lighthouse, our biannual publication, is sent to all international students every semester and all contributions are welcome; be it from international or domestic students.
Please do not hesitate to contact us or just pop by our office in the Guild Village every Monday-Thursday, 12pm to 2pm. Here's to an awesome year 2012!
